Arriving From

ORD : O'Hare Airport
By Taxi
Follow the signs in the airport to "Ground Transportation/Taxis". These will lead you to a taxi stand where you wait in line for a cab. Wait in line and tell the driver to take you to the Congress Plaza Hotel on Michigan Avenue located at 520 South Michigan Avenue. This trip will cost approximately $50.

By L Train
Follow the signs to "Trains to City/CTA" board any outbound train. The ride will be about 30 minutes. Exit the train at the "LaSalle/Congress Station". From there head east on Congress Parkway about 8 blocks. Take a right on Michigan Avenue and the hotel is on your right at 520 South Michigan Avenue. The train costs $2.00 cash and tickets are available at all stations and the airport.

MDW : Midway Airport

From Union Station it is approximately 1.1 miles to the Congress Plaza. You may choose to walk or take a $5 cab ride.

On foot
Walk east on W Adams Street (against traffic) approximately 9 blocks. Turn right on Michigan Avenue. The hotel is 3 blocks down on your right at 530 South Michigan Aveneue.

The 1.5 mile cab ride will cost approximately $6.

On Foot
